When Manly Pavilion launched their autumn menu recently, they asked me to pop down and shoot a few plates. And did we shoot a few plates! I can tell you, when amazing dishes upon amazing dishes were produced from the kitchen and set up for the shoot, the incredible smells and vibrant colours were so tempting, I don’t know how I didn’t set down the camera and just tuck in. These beautiful, warming dishes are being served up Manly style down by the wharf – insiders tip; choose a corner table in the Heritage room – stunning period features, a warm fire and views over the harbour. Ahhh. Loving Autumn.
